Portable washrooms will be available on site. Is the festival wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately parts of the festival will be located on the grassy portions of Fairy Lake and may not be accessible to all. Are tickets available at the door for purchase?
We encourage tickets to be purchased in advance to ensure quick entry into the festival however tickets will be available at the door. (based on capacity) Where can I park?
Please note that cars are not able to park directly in Fairy Lake Park. Parking is available at a variety of free parking lots in the area. To view a parking options here Is the event rain or shine?
Whether the skies are rainy or clear, we will pour beer! The event is rain or shine! Should the park be flooded, an alternative location will be announced. Come prepared for the weather and ready to sample. Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
The event is outdoors at Fairy Lake. Can I bring my dog?
The Community Craft Beer Festival welcomes your dog with open arms! As this is not a designated dog park we do require your dog to be on a leash at all times. Please note that it is the responsibility of the dog parent(s) to manage their dog’s behaviour and clean up any pet waste. |

Media and Newmarket Craft Beverage Festival staff will be taking photos and videos at the Newmarket Craft Beverage Festival. These images may be used in news stories, social media, and on websites, as well as shared with event partners. What if I do not drink?
A variety of vendors will have non alcoholic options such as non alcoholic beer. Beverages and non alcoholic options will also be available at our food vendors. Are tickets transferable to other attendees?
Yes! Each ticket has a distinct URL code. If you are unable to attend you can give your ticket to a friend. Can I switch tickets to another day?
We make no guarantees however you can email customer service to ask about switching your ticket to an alternative day. Will water be available?
Water will be available through water stations at the festival. Please remember to stay hydrated. You are also encouraged to bring your own refillable water bottle. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately refunds are not issued on ticket sales, however you can give your ticket to a friend. Do I go through security to enter the festival?
Yes there is a security screening at the door. ID is required upon entry. Bags will be checked at the door. What can I bring?

Is smoking allowed?
No smoking is allowed in the park. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking sections. Is seating and coverage provided?
