1. What are the delivery and pick up options? These vary depending on the month and can be found below and under the descriptions on the Monthly Boxes page. Pick up is free at the given locations and delivery is an additional $5 fee.
3. When can I pick up my Craft Box? Your box can be picked up at the given pick up locations the two days leading up to the tasting as well as the date of the tasting. The hours vary for each location:
5. Do I have to be home at the time of delivery in order to receive the box? Yes, the box purchaser must be home to receive the box. The purchaser must be 19+ and sign for the box with age verification.
6. Can I change my pick up/deliver option after my purchase is complete? Yes. Please email us for any adjustments after you have placed your order.
7. Can I subscribe to order more than one month at a time? Yes. Please complete the form for the first month that you would like to order and then email us that you would like to order multiple months.
8. Will there be a test link to test my Zoom on my computer ahead of time? There is no test link; however, watch this tutorial video to learn how to join a Zoom meeting.
9. What is the cancellation process? Refunds and cancellations can be done up to two weeks prior to the date of the virtual tasting, after that time no refunds will be available.
10. What happens if I cannot be home at the time of delivery? We understand that plans change. Please email us if you cannot be home during your allotted delivery time and we will direct you to one of our local pick up locations.
11. Is there a charge for Zoom or is it free? Where do I get it from? You can create a free Zoom account here. On the day of your virtual tasting, simply log into the account you create and use the code we email you to join the call.
